The Terry Australia offers a simple Return Procedure. We offer a 30 Day Return Policy from the Date of your Invoice. We strongly believe, every customer should be happy with their purchase.
Our Return Guidelines:
As long as:
- It is within 30 Days from the Date of your Invoice.
- The Original Tags MUST be attached to your item/s.
- Your Product is not Washed or Worn.
- Your Item is not a Sale Item, as they are NON-refundable
To Make a Return/Exchange simply:

OR
Print off a Return Form and send your Return/Exchange to us
YOU, the Customer, are responsible for the Return Postage, NOT The Terry Australia. Returns will NOT be accepted if you "Return to Sender" and you will be charged an additional Re-Postage Fee if this occurs.

Exchanges
An Exchange Service is offered, but as you maybe left disappointed by not getting the Item(s) you wish for by the time your Return is sent and received, we therefore suggest you to secure your Item(s) that you wish to Exchange, by placing another order through our Website.
Sale Items
Please choose carefully, as Sale Items are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
Original Shipping Cost is non-refundable. Shipping Costs for your Return for Refund, is by you, the Customer and NOT The Terry Australia.
Refund Process
Once your Return has been received, you will be refunded by the Payment Method of the Original Order and notified by Email. All Refunds take 1-2 Business Days to be processed.
The Terry Australia delivers for FREE within Australia, using Standard Australia Post E-Parcel. We also offer Express Post from $9.95 for Sydney Orders only, as we are based in a Regional Centre. You may still purchase Express Post if you are outside of Sydney, but please realise that this will not be a 1-2 Service. Orders placed on a Weekend or Public Holiday will be processed the next Business Day. Business Days are Monday to Friday, excluding New South Wales Public Holidays.
You will have the option upon Tracking, if you wish your parcel to be left in a Safe Place if the premises is unoccupied upon Delivery.
A valid street address, suburb, state, postcode and phone number must be included upon checkout, to ensure the quick arrival of your item(s). The Terry Australia will not be held responsible for any missing or incorrect information supplied by the Customer and the Customer will be charged the cost for a re-delivery.
