Online Returns/Exchanges


The Terry Australia offers a simple Return Procedure. We offer a 30 Day Return Policy from the Date of your Invoice. We strongly believe, every customer should be happy with their purchase. 

Our Return Guidelines:

As long as:

  • It is within 30 Days from the Date of your Invoice.
  • The Original Tags MUST be attached to your item/s.
  • Your Product is not Washed or Worn.
  • Your Item is not a Sale Item, as they are NON-refundable

Please NB: If you Order is returned and it does not meet the above guidelines, we will NOT issue a Refund.

*Original Postage will NOT be refunded.

Print off a Return Form and send your Return/Exchange to us


YOU, the Customer, are responsible for the Return Postage, NOT The Terry Australia. Returns will NOT be accepted if you "Return to Sender" and you will be charged an additional Re-Postage Fee if this occurs.

An Exchange Service is offered, but as you maybe left disappointed by not getting the Item(s) you wish for by the time your Return is sent and received, we therefore suggest you to secure your Item(s) that you wish to Exchange, by placing another order through our Website. If however, you are happy to wait after posting your Exchange, you will be sent an Invoice for $9.95 for your Exchange request to be sent.

Please choose carefully, as Sale Items are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

Original Shipping Cost is non-refundable. Shipping Costs for your Return for Refund, is by you, the Customer and NOT The Terry Australia.

Refund Process

Once your Return has been received, you will be refunded by the Payment Method of the Original Order and notified by Email. All Refunds take 3-5 Business Days to be processed.
